What is MARPE?

MARPE, LLC is an Executive and Life Coaching Company created by a physician for physicians and healthcare teams. We aim to help physicians and healthcare teams build the necessary skills to practice intentionally conscious doctoring and intentionally conscious healthcare. This empowers the physician and healthcare team to be fully present in every situation before them, to engage more effectively with their patients, to be in sync with their colleagues, and to more easily foresee potential complications and navigate conflict. All leading to higher patient and provider satisfaction, joy at work, and, ultimately, improved outcomes for all.

One on One Coaching

MARPE’s Intentionally Conscious Doctoring program is for physicians who seek to end every work day feeling passionate about all that they do, at peace with how they do it, and with more than enough mental and emotional energy left over to also be present for and fully embrace their personal lives.

Group Coaching

MARPE’s Intentionally Conscious Doctoring program can be tailored to groups of 3-10 physicians aspiring to support each other in their journey to strengthen relationships, improve effectiveness and performance, and attain more balance in their lives.

MARPE’s Intentionally Conscious Healthcare program has been created for teams looking to improve their efficiency, effectiveness, and performance to serve their patients best. We focus on empowering healthcare teams to build the 4 pillars of highest team performance and well-being so they can be positive transformative forces in their organizations.

Meet Our Founder and Principal Coach

Cecilia Cruz, MD, MPH, CPCC, ACC

Dr. Cecilia Cruz is a Board Certified emergency physician with over twenty-five years of clinical experience working in both academic and community settings within large healthcare systems. Over the years she has held various administrative roles, and currently holds the title of Vice-Chair for the Physician Engagement and Wellbeing Committee at the organization where she works. She also has a Masters In Public Health giving her insight into the health sector beyond the doctor-patient relationship. And through her work as a coach she has gained unique knowledge and understanding of the issues confronting many physicians and healthcare organizations today.
