MARPE, LLC is an Executive and Life Coaching Company created by a physician to empower physicians and healthcare teams to practice with greater presence, purpose, and alignment. Through Intentionally Conscious Doctoring and Healthcare, MARPE helps clients engage more effectively with patients, collaborate more seamlessly with colleagues, and navigate complexity and conflict with greater clarity. All leading to higher provider and patient satisfaction, more joy at work, and improved outcomes for all.

Meet Our Founder and Principal Coach

Cecilia Cruz, MD, MPH, CPCC, ACC

Dr. Cecilia Cruz is a Board Certified emergency physician with over twenty-five years of clinical experience working in both academic and community settings within large healthcare systems. Over the years she has held various administrative roles, and currently holds the title of Vice-Chair for the Physician Engagement and Wellbeing Committee at the organization where she works. She also has a Masters In Public Health giving her insight into the health sector beyond the doctor-patient relationship. And through her work as a coach she has gained unique knowledge and understanding of the issues confronting many physicians and healthcare organizations today.
